Yoga Teachers

Natalya Malarczuk

Natalya is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and sound artist. With a background in studying yoga asana and Tibetan Buddhist meditation, her classes take the forms of vinyasa, yin yoga, and sound healing. Natalya approaches her teachings with gentleness – a softness for the human experience – emphasizing joy, healing, exploration, and compassion through instruction. She cues classes from the heart — inspiring a sense of trust in oneself and the internal wisdom that arises from curiosity in one’s own body, mind, and spirit. Her classes are intended to expand her students’ awareness, inspire kindness, and awaken them to their own resilience. Outside of her yoga practice, Natalya can be found making music or writing, often with a black cat in her lap and her loyal chihuahua by her side.

Kaylin

Kaylin (they/them) has been deeply inspired by movement and spiritual practices since they can remember. They found the practice of yoga while searching to find a deeper meaning and an answer to their "why." Through their yoga practice, they found a previously untapped stillness and passion that launched them on a journey of learning and discovery. Kaylin received their 200-Hour YTT from iShine Yoga, a sacred space that invited them to slow down and look closer. Kaylin was introduced to the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism through Three Jewels before moving to New York and quickly made it their home base for dharma upon moving to NY. Since then, Kaylin has completed their 200-Hour Meditation Teacher Training with Three Jewels and has continued their learnings through completing Advanced Meditation Teacher Trainings, teacher's assisting in Meditation Teacher Training, and studying the Asian Classics Institute courses. Kaylin is grateful to share the wisdom that has been passed down to them from their teachers. While practicing with them, you can expect to laugh (or cringe) at their sense of humor, feel seen and understood by their relatable guidance, and find the levity of practice.

Kim

Kim has been practicing yoga for almost 10 years, although they have only been doing it consistently in a class setting since moving to Brooklyn last year. They completed their 200 Hour Teacher Training in 2019, and proceeded to teach community Yin Yoga in Brunswick, Maine until the pandemic began. In addition to practicing yoga, Kim is currently pursuing dance professionally in New York, focusing on work that views dance as a form of somatic healing. With Alchemia, Kim hopes to combine their passion for both teaching yoga and dance by encouraging students to give themselves attention and love through creative, free flowing movement. Kim’s intention is that in this time of play, somatic movement will act as a way to work through emotional blockages and gain new insights without even explicitly trying to!
