  • Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a body to breath inspired asana practice. Often inspired by different elements of Hatha or Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga provides a dynamic and creative flow where the teacher invites students to move with grace and let the breath guide the practice.

    Open level practice for all!

  • Vinyasa & Medi

A sweet vinyasa practice with the additional element of meditation! Experience the added benefits of a sacred stillness practice to a dynamic, flow-based asana practice.

These classes may be 60 or 75 minutes.

  • Somatic Movement

A movement lab designed for exploration, self-expression, fun, and embodied research. This is a space to listen to the body, create from what we hear, and be in a process together as a community. Through movement, breath, and play, we tap into our innate wisdom and explore the connection between body and psyche.

No dance experience is needed—only curiosity.

  • Slow Flow & Yin

A soothing, meditative practice to go deeper into these sacred shapes. Our slow flow allows for students to experience their breath and body in a new way. Yin postures are held for 3-5 minutes with the intention of using sacred stillness to go deeper within our awareness. Expect intentional sequencing that is slow-moving and restorative.

This is great for beginner’s as you can ease into your body-breath awareness.

  • Vinyasa to Sacred Sound

This practice invites students to move and flow in a creative and free way. Intentional music choice guides our movements with opportunity to embrace rhythm in our flows. After a cathartic movement practice, there is a long period of rest accompanied by a sound bath.

  • Trauma Informed Flow

Trauma informed flow classes integrate journaling practices to help students meet themselves where they’re at and develop their personal goals and intentions for each class. In each class, all movements, breathwork, and meditations are optional; we celebrate taking rest and each person doing what feels best for themselves in any moment.

  • Somatic Sound Bath + Alchemical Movement

Join us for a journey into the creative power of music and our abilities as conductors of it through Live Looping. In this somatic sound bath of rich multidimensional soundscapes, frequencies, binaural beats, colorful vocals and the sounds of nature, we will focus on using our creative power to shape a Sonic Spell- incorporating gentle movement and guided mediation- repatterning and reclaiming our minds through the magic of music.

  • Big Emotions: Somatic Release Breathwork

Somatic Release Breathwork is an embodiment-based practice that moves beyond the thinking mind and into the body’s electrical network. This method helps discharge stagnant energy—often tied to repetitive thoughts, emotions, and old narratives—by releasing it through the body. Sessions incorporate circular, connected breathing alongside rhythmic music designed to evoke cathartic emotional release. This may be expressed through movement, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughter. Through breathwork, participants tap into their innate ability to heal themselves, clearing away emotional defenses, energetic blockages, and stored pain that can weigh on them daily.
