Valentina

Valentina is a dancer, movement artist, sound practitioner, student of yoga and somatics, as well as a student of herbalism, holistic health, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Blending these worlds of knowledge and allowing for her deep explorations of the principles that are embedded within these modalities create the structure of her offerings and are at the core of her teachings. Her passion is approaching the body, mind and spirit through various lenses in order to create a deep connection to the self within. Her offerings are strongly influenced by her years as a dancer and having an intuitive movement practice herself, while also drawing wisdom from the teachings of Ido Portal, Feldenkrais Method, fascial release techniques and blending together elements from Qigong & Tai Chi,  functional movement training, primal movement, and her personal yin, vinyasa and forest yoga practice. Whether through group sound, meditations, somatics, vocal toning or movement, her mission is to help others reconnect with their innate essence, mobilize the qi within, connect to the body, ground into the present moment and to the true self, awaken the relationship to the inner power of each individual, and to support others cultivations of inner peace.

Naomi rogoff

Naomi is a certified breathwork facilitator based in Brooklyn. She fell in love with breathwork during an intense healing journey, where she discovered its powerful ability to move emotions through the physical body.

After exploring different healing modalities, Naomi found breathwork to be the most profound and sustainable tool for emotional processing. It allows access to deep states of clarity, healing, and release in a safe, self directed, and titrated environment.

She holds the belief that all emotions—big, overwhelming, and often suppressed—deserve space to be felt and moved through the body. Her work is rooted in guiding others to embrace their big emotions, to connect with community, and to engage with their true needs.

She uses Somatic Release Breathwork, an embodiment-based practice that moves beyond the thinking mind and into the body’s electrical network. This method helps discharge stagnant energy—often tied to repetitive thoughts, emotions, and old narratives—by releasing it through the body.

Sessions incorporate circular, connected breathing alongside rhythmic music designed to evoke cathartic emotional release. This may be expressed through movement, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughter. Through breathwork, participants tap into their innate ability to heal themselves, clearing away emotional defenses, energetic blockages, and stored pain that can weigh on them daily.
